This course has been approved by the Oklahoma Bar Association Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission for 24 hours of mandatory CLE credit, including 2 hours of ethics. This course meets the MCLE requirements for qualified mediators pursuant to the District Court Mediation Act, 12 OS 1821-25.

Course Title: 40-Hour Family & Divorce Mediation Training
Course Description (according to the course provider)
The financial, legal, social, psychological, and procedural dynamics of divorce mediation are explained and then experienced in mock mediations.
This training includes an examination of Oklahoma’s family law and its impact upon the mediation of domestic subjects such as divorce, property division, custody, visitation, grandparent and elder care issues.
This course is approved for 40 hours of MCLE credit by the Oklahoma Bar Association.
