Process – How a divorce mediation is conducted from the very beginning to the end. Receive all the documents, such as agreements to mediate, balance and expense spreadsheets, and Memorandums of Understanding on both paper and a CD so that you can customize the forms for your practice.

Technique – Learn what mediation is and what good mediation skills are. Learn various techniques to use during mediation and when to use them.
