Course Description (according to the course provider)

This highly interactive training is approved under the auspices of Jaeckle Wilensky Training Group by the Florida Supreme Court. This program allows for the development and enhancement of conflict resolution skills, with an emphasis on the role of the third party neutral.

The program focuses on the mediation of family matters, primarily issues surrounding divorce. This certified training meets the requirements of the Florida Supreme Court for Certification as a Family Mediator. Please note that all participants must also complete the application and mentorship requirements of the Florida Dispute Resolution Center beyond this training in order to be certified.

In 2008 companies filed 56,000 foreclosures in Miami-Dade courts alone. It has clogged up the system and yielded little help to the massive foreclosure problem.
