Mediation Center of Yavapai County
The Mediation Center of Yavapai County is a non-profit organization that applies the skills and training of retired judges, established mediators, local attorneys, counselors and business executives.
They offer pro-bono or no-cost mediations for qualifying individuals referred by law enforcement or by Community Legal Services.

The Mediation Program offered by the city of Surprise, Arizona provides trained volunteers who act as an impartial third party to facilitate discussion between disputing parties and help them to arrive at a mutually satisfying solution.
The Community Mediation Program will consider the following types of disputes: neighbor-to-neighbor, resident to HOA board or committee, landlord-tenant, consumer issues, resident to city, commercial and business disagreements, and workplace related disputes.

Association for Conflict Resolution - Arizona Chapter
The Arizona Association for Conflict Resolution is a group of mediators, arbitrators, collaborative law practioners, educators, and other conflict resolution professionals.
They are a multidisciplinary organization whose members participate in dispute resolution in a large range of areas such as divorce and family disputes, workplace conflicts, commercial disputes, community conflicts, civil rights matters, and teaching conflict resolution in the schools.
The organization works to promote the professionalism of dispute resolvers, to sponsor research leading to the development of innovative dispute resolution techniques and procedures, and to serve as a clearinghouse of information in the field of dispute resolution in Arizona.

1-3 day designs tailored to the specific concerns and issues of experienced practitioners or those who have completed a basic training.
Topics may include managing high conflict, dealing with impasse, power balance issues, creative problem solving, preparing effective memorandum of understanding, complex property/financial issues and working within the legal system or a specific substantive dispute contexts, e.g. health care, workplace, or advanced family/divorce issues.
